I always recommend this clinic, have seen Dr. Menard since he's been in the old building. Always kind and caring!

Northside Pet Hospital is the only place I will take my animals. They do everything from shots to grooming to surgeries to boarding and far beyond. They have the most knowledgeable technicians and doctors in Eau Claire! The entire staff is very friendly and help as much as the possibly can.
Dr. Menard is a wonderful veterinarian. He is educated and friendly.

Very friendly staff. Dr. Lee and Dr Simonson are very good vets and will do everything possible for you pet. They both understand pets are family. Dr Menard, on the other hand, is old school, and isn't willing to go the extra mile. He seems to have the attitude that your pet is just an animal. So if you want excellent care make an appointment with Dr. Lee or Dr. Simonson. If you really don't care, or if it's just for vaccinations, Dr. Menard will do.
A great little hospital Everyone at Northside is very friendly, and they treat my ancient dog with the utmost kindness and care. The staff always takes the time to explain every procedure, and I never have sticker shock with a bill, because they discuss every item with me beforehand. I am very pleased with the courtesy and friendliness at Northside.
