Over a year ago, I changed over to this facility. The doctor that I had was fantastic staff fantastic, but unfortunately for unknown reasons that Dr. left and now it is the worst place I have ever seen. You have to fight with them to get them to refill your prescriptions. As of right now. I have been waiting one week after calling Lynn to get my meds refilled, which is totally ridiculous. Every time I call to schedule an appointment or to speak with my doctor, my call is sent directly to voicemail, or after my call is answered, the call is dropped and, or the call is left on hold for extended periods of time. My calls are never returned and I have to go into the clinic to schedule my appt. Something it has taken up to 3 months of calling before I was able to reach the office manager to get my health care needs addressed. The front desk person is very unprofessional! It is really hard to find a good primary care office. Had a physical this morning and was done within an hour. Dr Kim was excellent and great education during the appt. The office staff was nice and professional. Everything was so organized and efficient. Very happy I found them.

Great front office staff: friendly and attentive. I came by today to inquire about getting a physical form completed for my job. I learned my doctor was no longer at that location, and they could have easily just given me a “no.” But, they took the time to inquire on my behalf and explore my options. I am grateful.
