Great front office staff: friendly and attentive. I came by today to inquire about getting a physical form completed for my job. I learned my doctor was no longer at that location, and they could have easily just given me a “no.” But, they took the time to inquire on my behalf and explore my options. I am grateful.
Arrive at the time of my appointment only to be told I needed to arrive at 30 min prior to the start.. I work in healthcare as a provider… very unfortunate
