Call me Tim Worstell @ 713-428-8691 for more detail. On June 23,2016 I paid $3,752.08 for a garage door that was windstorm certified. Within a week or so they came out to do a site inspection. According to my contract, and Northside Overhead Doors, I quote, "AFTER THE MEASUREMENTS HAVE BEEN CONFIRMED, THE CUSTOMER WILL BE NOTIFIED IF IT IS NECESSARY TO MODIFY THE ORDER BASED ON THE INFORMATION OBTAINED DURING THE SITE INSPECTION. If you want to cause yourself a lot of undue stress use this company. It took much longer than usual to get the doors, when they finally came out to install them 2 panels were damaged and the very incompetent installer damaged another. They had to hang the doors anyway since they had already taken my existing doors down. He hung the damaged doors crooked and unevenly. It took another 3 weeks for the replacement panels to come in.
