I called to make an appointment as a first-time patient, and the scheduler had a surprisingly rude and unprofessional attitude. She spoke to me as if I were inconveniencing her just by trying to schedule a visit. If this is the first impression of the practice, it doesn’t give me confidence that the team will be empathetic or welcoming, which is something I value when choosing a healthcare provider.
Dr. Conatser and the staff are all so friendly and truly care about their patients. Highly recommend
I’ve been with Northside Northpoint for almost three years and they are truly incredible. They cared for me during my first smooth pregnancy, and now in a high-risk pregnancy after recurrent loss, they’ve been patient, kind, and compassionate. They always fit me in when I have concerns and make me feel genuinely cared for. A busy practice because they’re all so good at what they do—I’m so thankful for them!
