I rented a 8 x 40 unit for a house move a week before the move (the max time they will allow). After doing this online, I called twice and my husband went to the Northside location to confirm everything and inquire about a contract. All said not to worry, we would get a contract on the day of taking over the unit (in a week). The day before our move and day of taking over the unit, we didn't have a contract via email. Great location to store my items. Highly recommend!
Got a storage unit and paid around $38 for the first month due to a deal they had. Only had the storage unit for 4 days now they are charging me around $67. My boyfriend tried calling customer service and they were extremely rude to him. They have been very passive aggressive towards us when we asked for clear instructions on how to move out of the storage unit cause we were done with it.
Love the easy online bill pay option. It’s convenient and saves me time
The hours are very convenient, and I can access my unit whenever I need to. Highly recommend!
