Made an appointment with them but then showed up and was told the dr isn’t here besides Monday’s and Wednesday’s. Said the answering service only had their other address which is why they must have scheduled me with the wrong office. Extremely annoyed and will be going somewhere else. Left work early for no reason, complete waste of time
Personnel here make you feel at home.
Very unorganized and unprofessional staff!! I scheduled an appointment over two weeks ago for my mom to see the doctor and get a refill of her prescriptions, but yet when we arrived at the office for that appointment, we were told that no patients were being seen because the doctor was not coming in today. It sure would have been nice if someone would have had the courtesy and common sense to pick up the phone to inform us and reschedule the appointment rather than having us show up at the office to be turned away.
