My car broke down during my trip north from Mississauga to Thunder Bay. There was an oil leak, and I didn’t know what the issue was. On March 30th, I took my car to Northside Mazda in Sault Ste. Marie. They quickly figured out the problem and had to replace some parts. They ordered the parts from Mazda in the US, and in just three days they had my car fixed. I haven't had my mazda cx5 for a year yet mind you it is a used cx5. I don't drive it very much. When winter hit the all wheel drive malfunction came up and recently the parking brake stuck. Called Mazda and they want to charge a ridiculous price just to look at it. If you ask me they sold me a lemon and aren't fixing the problems. I was sure it was under warranty but apparently not. Be very courteous about buying a used car from them
BEWARE when getting service!!! Had an oil change and they noticed a "cracking" belt. Instead of doing it when it was in for the change, they completed the oil change, pulled it out, informed us...took it back in shop. Took 15 minutes to change the belt. When we said we might wait until next week (a family member is a mechanic), we were informed it might break and wrap around other things causing more damage so they recommend NOW.
