Love my mazda .But the service department is the worst .. misleading and speak down to you .. my next car will not be mazda . Customer service does not exist .. one star is too high
Amazing service and availability, especially so close to Christmas! My family and I had a tire issue come up, we have to travel around for the holidays and having a flat on December 23 worries us. We gave the service department a call at 4 pm and we where home with a fixed tire before 6pm the same day. From my whole family, we would like to thank everyone at North Side Mazda and have a merry Christmas!
Every time I leave their service department I feel ripped off. This last one there was something wrong with my battery, I brought it here on the off chance it was a sensor. I had an oil change and they checked the voltage and it somehow cost me $250 even though they had a promo on that included a tire change over, oil change, and 50 point inspection for $199. I mentioned this later and they stated they used the better “$10,000 machine” to see if my battery could be recharged, ok fine but I looked back in my paperwork and app... read more
Absolutely terrible service department. Not interested in fixing a lemon with a repeated issue. Left an out-of-town customer waiting days past the appointment date before the vehicle was even looked at, on multiple occasions. Ended up driving to North Bay where they took the time to figure it out and fix the vehicle. Sales staff are nice though.
Service department is awful. Just bring it somewhere else.
