Needed some Yamaha bits on pieces, spoke to Craig (top bloke) who sorted me with my new prop and fuel tank. I'll be back.
Ordered some spares for our new to us Highfield RIB online. The team then rang to let me know that the parts are coming from overseas and there would be a delay. Those parts were delayed due to the war, but the friendly team kept me informed and expressed posted them when they arrived. Great team and very knowledgeable - I'll be shopping there again.
Had a mix up with the delivery address from my end. I contacted them and they chased it up for me through Australia post.Tia called me back and everything had been sorted. It was only a small order, probably worth a couple of bucks to them. A nice change to get good customer service, especially being interstate.
