Everyone was very kind and professional. Facilities were very clean and I received great care.
This stems from an interaction with the overall scheduling line - just the rudest, least helpful and snippy experience. Barked at me for just asking a question about locations, said she had no idea what I was talking about in response to another question. Lots of attitude right from the beginning of the call - seemingly no desire to help right from the start of the interaction.
I would not recommend this place. My initial appointment was scheduled for Monday December 9 at 10:30. I received call informing me that they had over booked the appointment. I was rescheduled for Wednesday December 11 at 10:30. I arrived at 9:45 for the appointment. The test I was scheduled to have required me to have a full bladder. I waited until 10:57 and informed the young lady at the front desk that I was leaving. Negative stars. I have been here twice for breast related imaging. Both times I have been made to wait for over an hour. How can you be running behind an hour when the appointment was only 30 min after the first appointment of the morning? I have no issue with the staff themselves - everyone is nice once you finally are seen. I just cannot fathom why the wait is so long. Even if I have to leave the Northside Hospital system, I will not be coming back here.
I truly appreciate the compassion and attention of the admissions staff . Thank you for such an amazing place.
