I called to schedule an appointment and they said that they would call the night prior or right away the morning of the appointment. I left town around noon to go camping north of Ketchum where there was no cell phone service. When I returned back to Twin Falls I had a voicemail that was left after 2:00pm. I called him back the next day and he said that he was not able to get me in for another week. He was extremely rude on the phone and acted like it was my fault that I wasn't at home when he called.
