Great Doctor - Horrible / Mismanaged Staff – Love my Dr but staff is very unfriendly and unprofessional. Front desk is almost "sullen" at check in and has attitude of "who cares?". Calling in to follow up as requested by Dr. is also a nightmare. "Message" gal misinterprets message - be prepared for numerous calls as the Dr.'s nurse either doesn't get the message or just doesn't return the call and personal visits to the office to get response becomes necessary. Pick another office – Office staff is incompetent. Messes everything up, appointments, prescriptions, etc. Dr's. can't even remember writing a prescription for you. Office looks like it's 50 yrs old, needs a major overhaul. Front desk staff is rude with no sense of humor, and nurses are not much better. For an office that has one of the top Diabetes doctors in Spokane, this place sucks.
