Very unprofessional. They’re great at communicating with you when it’s something that benefits them but when it comes to something you need because of their mistakes, they are nowhere to be found. Good luck getting a hold of them within reasonable amount of time. Lack of taking responsibility and lack of communication, mainly coming from the operating manager, Ryan. Only gave 1 star because it’s the lowest Google allows.
WORST car buying experience! My husband purchased a F150 Ford Raptor from them in February and it’s been a literal nightmare since then. Immediately after having the vehicle delivered to our home, we noticed a pop up on the dashboard saying there was a steering fault issue. We contacted the dealership immediately to let them know. Picked up this pre owned Explorer ST they on their lot, the offered several great financing options, tons of product knowledge even on a pre owned unit that wasn’t their stock inventory! Great pricing and was in and out! Thank you Kevin Cotton for getting the deal put together!
