Found on autotrader and they wouldn’t honor the autotrader listed price without adding in over $1100 in B.S., *zero* value extras. It was such abhorrent nonsense, their finance guy claimed “no one has ever bought a used vehicle from us without purchasing these extras” (again, extras no one would ever buy these items on purpose— no one.) If that’s the case (and I’m sure that was a lie,) then the true price should be listed on autotrader— not the B.S. bait price. Bought a car from here and not even a day after the car gave me an issue where it wont start. The starter was messed up and car wouldn't turn on. I brought this to the attention of the dealership that I was told the car ran great and that starters don't work great then don't work within the same day. They ignored me and did nothing to fix my situation or help me. 0 customer service and the only real help I got was from Kevin Ou.
