First appointment they called and canceled my appointment as I pulled into the parking lot. Second appointment they canceled because nobody informed me there was preparation necessary, in fact, they told me the exact opposite that No preparation was needed, no fasting, no special instructions, no nothing. The staff here need to get their shit together.

I cannot praisethis staff enough...Michelle didm y CT scan and she was soooo efficient and persoalble.....I was in and out in a much shorter time than estimated....MAJOR kudos to the entire staff and management....keep up the good work and please pass this on to the"higher ups" ! Thanks again !!
“I had a very disturbing experience at Northside Sugar Hill Imaging. I observed staff consistently taking white and Spanish patients ahead of Black patients, even when Black patients arrived first. Black patients were also immediately asked for payment up front, and if they could not pay on the spot, they were made to wait until last to be seen. This treatment felt discriminatory, humiliating, and completely unacceptable in a medical setting. Healthcare facilities should provide fair and equal treatment to everyone, regardle... read more
