A young woman named Roberta who called me is a blessing. She called to remind us about my husband's doctor's appointment. She was so pleasant to speak to and offered us two prices to decide on when our insurance costs started over last month was too high. I warn everyone do not go here. Pathetic services. They schedule you weeks ago only to have you reach there on the appointment day to cancel it. I took my son here for a MRI which was scheduled long back, on reaching there they tell me we don’t have contrast for the MRI. Why did I not get a call before I reached there? The scheduler is unaware & absent minded. I was then asked to wait as someone will come & talk & help reschedule but of-course, I kept waiting & no one came. NEVER GET ANYTHING DONE AT THIS PLACE. If I could give 0 stars I would. The redhead receptionist was extremely rude. Took my grandma to get a mammogram (it was self pay) and they charged $600 which we paid that same day. Turns out now she owes another $400 for radiology which they never disclosed to us to begin with. When we came back to ask about it they said it was not their problem that we should take it to radiology.
