Came in today for X-ray referred by our pediatrician in the same building Front deck with red hair was super rude and lack of compassion when my son was very sick and needed X-ray to see if he has pneumonia or not. Refused to serve us and sent us to different locations. I rarely leave reviews, but I feel compelled to share my recent experience at Northside Sugar Hill Imaging in hopes it helps others navigate their care more effectively. I scheduled a procedure for last Monday and received a voicemail the previous Saturday morning at 9:08 AM instructing me to call back before my appointment. Surprising bill without showing me what they’re charging. Got the itemized bill after 3weeks I requested although the associate said I would get in 7 days.
A young woman named Roberta who called me is a blessing. She called to remind us about my husband's doctor's appointment. She was so pleasant to speak to and offered us two prices to decide on when our insurance costs started over last month was too high.
