Dr. Was rude and dismissive. I was there over two hours saw him less than two minutes. I’ve been with Emory pain management for several years but to far of a drive. I wanted someone close for pain subscription. I suffer from chronic pain, nerve damage from a cervical tumor, fibromyalgia and have a torn rotator cuff and herniated disc! I have had a good experience here so far until now. The voice activated phone line gives the option to leave a voicemail or wait to speak with someone. I have sat on hold for many long periods of time and I never have been able to get someone on the line. I have now left multiple voicemails in regards to getting into see the doctor for a follow up appointment. I have yet to receive a single phone call back. I had an appointment booked over a month out and have been calling to confirm the date and time but cannot get in touch... read more
Extremely rude doctor and staff.
The purpose of this post is for ALL potential patients to please have their insurance company call to ask how this facility bills. I was charged a co-pay twice and two "facility" charges of $135.10 each time I went in for treatment. The second was a follow up to read an MRI (which they did not even read) and was still charged a second co-pay. I asked their office before I went the first time if I needed to go ahead and get a new MRI since my last was in 2009 and they insisted that I come in and meet with the doctor first. Th... read more
