As someone who was referred here from another healthcare facility, I urge you to not ignore the 1 and 2 star reviews even if you were referred to Northside. The people that I came in contact with here were friendly, but what I was charged for my visit (I had a mammography) was very excessive in my opinion. If I could give 1/2 a star I would. This practice does anything to gain a dollar. But let's start with scheduling department. Rude and half the time they schedule you incorrectly. Got an attitude when I didn't want to prescreen over the phone. Thats my right. The only reason I'm leaving a review is Bryson at the actual location is awesome! He has excellent customer service skills and a sweet personality. If the entire operation worked and carried his attitude there would be less negative reviews. Be prepared to waste your time and money
The mammogram and bone scan technicians were fantastic. I’m a doctor and am critical of many medical facilities. These women did not know I was a physician and were diligent in getting the best possible study for me. If you want the latest technology with the most experienced staff dedicated to getting the most accurate information, this is the place to go.
