Do not recommend Stephanie Hsu. Dr. Hsu put a joint replacement in me that is contraindicated in people with metal allergies. She never discussed this contraindication with me. When I learned about this contraindication, I called the office to find out what it means for me going forward because I do have metal allergies, but no one got back to me. I expected the doctor to have the courtesy to give me a call and discuss this problem but nope, she had no interest.

Highly recommend Stephanie Hsu. She is conservative in her approach and takes necessary steps to find solutions. She repaired tendon and elbow injuries for me.

I had multiple issues with this location. I walked in with lower back pain and was told I potentially had a herniated disc. The doctor Hsu automatically went to worst case scenario and talked about surgery which is a HUGE red flag for me. I then had to call back later that day with questions about the medication they put me on, was transferred to a nurse who was on vacation for a week and it took me straight to voicemail (no communication within the office.) My daughter broke her wrist playing soccer, she is 6. We had used Northside Sports Medicine for a prior injury and know exactly where to go this time. We saw Dr. Powers in Roswell. He provided first rate care and has such a great bedside manner with small children. She is on the mend and with no disruption to her summer fun. Highly recommend this practice, you won't be disappointed.
