The sports doctor and staff were very good. Their billing department is rude, uncaring, and deplorable. The doctors and really good, but the billing is so bad, Ill be unconvinced to drive farther to avoid the billing messes and rudeness.
This hospital has turned downhill. The customer service is horrible. The nurses are rude. My wife is there and she has a hole in her back that has also caused her blood to become infected and wound care could never stop by to look at her. So now she has to go the entire weekend until next week. On top of that the nurses over injected her with insulin causing her sugar to drop to 20. They make her wait hours on end before they even make an attempt to see or check on her, and when she does call the nurse for something it takes... read more
