I've gone to Dr. Dua for 20-30 years now. I'm retired from Northside Hospital. With my pronounced, very painful Scoliosis, we've been through injections, epidurals, trigger point, and now ablation, all working well for pain, lasting long periods each treatment. I'm 79 this year and playing tennis 4-5 days a week plus Wednesday lessons. Dr. Dua has been fantastic all these years. My only objection is when the pain starts returning after so many years, he's hard to get in to see in less than a month wait!
3rd time my review has been taken down DO NOT GO HERE!! Their real rating is around a 2.7 star...they keep taking down the negative reviews. Doctors here don't care...I had the worst of the worst Dr. Dua...came in and was telling him about the pain I been having and he literally stood Their rolling his eyes...not to mention how unprofessional he looked wearing his lunch on his shirt...maybe bring an extra shirt. 1 visit was enough for most of the ones who review was taken dow. The staff are very nice and friendly! I transferred from another County to this location and only been once but I am so happy to be going there now! The N/P's and everyone were so good to me! Thank you all at Northside Forsyth Spine and Pain Clinic! You are appreciated! 🤗
Ruta was very rude and dismissive regarding my concern and goal for adequate pain control while minimizing side effects of medication. Living with chronic pain is challenging, and finding a balance between managing that pain effectively and maintaining my daily functionality is crucial. Luckily, I was able to transfer to an alternate provider facility that understood my concerns and worked with me to address them. As an RN of 30 years, I am glad to drive from Roswell to Cumming for visits. All the staff from check in, Nurses, procedural, Mid Levels and Dr John Moss have been attentive and caring. Dr Moss, spot on with diagnosing and treatment options.
