My initial experience here was great about a year or so ago (dr. soong is amazing) but now i have called to set up another epidural just like my others, and need to set up a “new patient appointment” because “it’s been over a year since i’ve been seen”. i have called once or twice a week for the last month and was sent to voicemail every single time, and never received a call back or voicemail, or really any attempt at contacting me back. i’m in a lot of pain and can’t receive the care i need because no one can pick up the p... read more

I was a patient originally at this location but then I moved from Woodstock to Alpharetta and figured the drive would be to far so I switched to the Sandy Springs location. Big mistake. Huge. The women in the office could be heard talking badly about patients in the waiting room, I was one of those patients. I walked out without being seen by the doctor and without medication that was desperately needed, because I was embarrassed and humiliated. Nice first impression. If I could give zero stars I would. Makes no sense to be a pain clinic but not want to help and keep pushing stuff in patients that doesn’t work.

They have been very helpful with my pain management. The nurse will always call me back when I leave a message.
