They have been very helpful with my pain management. The nurse will always call me back when I leave a message.
Absolutely lack integrity will not call you back if you can ever get a hold of someone thru the jacked up system. Would not recommend at all, if you do get service there will always be a bill added for some reason after your told that its paid in full. Absolutely will have to have high blood pressure medication or sanity medication after dealing with anything to do with these people and Northside.
The office staff was great. I really liked the doctor at first too. I had 3 injections. The first one did nothing it was below the site of herniated disc. Second was in my hip. Third was at level of herniated disc and worked great. My main issue was billing practices. Be aware you will receive a separate bill months after you received treatment from North Atlanta Anesthesia. They will call you on an automated system that reeks of spam.
