went in with 270 / 121 bp letting them know i have pain in my chest and scared please help they told me to fill out the form on kiosk lol , call me crazy but cant we get that info after i get some help? Is it that bad that we have to risk lives now just to get information? I’m a heart patient of Dr. Dai’s in Canton, GA. I was given a medical exemption/ handicapped accommodation from an office manager that was noted in my file for my visit. I have angina, difficulty breathing, high blood pressure and anxiety from restricting my oxygen levels with a paper mask that does not protect from viruses. Nonmedical front office staff called me the morning of my appointment to tell me that would not be giving me my disability accommodation and would be forcing me to wear a mask.
