We’ve had such bad experiences here the last few times. In October, a staff placed my dad’s catheter improperly. Then, some doctors dismissed some of his pain and discomfort. Some of his nurses were rude and we felt very overlooked and uncared for. The culture at Northside among their employees has definitely changed and it’s unfortunate.
First, I don’t like leaving negative reviews, however I felt this was warranted. Also, I will begin by saying that I have had Open Heart Surgery at Cleveland Clinic, so if anything is off with my heart I have reason for concern. And this review is mostly about the care I received from Dr. Cindy Grines. I owe a lot to Northside Hospital they have helped me so much, pain management is great they take the time to listen and work with you, and take the best care of there patients, Doctor Gorecki is an amazing surgen if you have neck and back,chronic pain he takes time to go over x-rays mri's CT scans. They are great.
