Honestly, very poor service from the women I talked to. She just tried sending me to United Digestive who transferred me to Northside in the first place. When I started to correct her she just hung up. Hire someone with better humanity and common sense and able to do more than read her prompts for transferring to another office. Definition of lazy.

I was unaware my doctor uses Northside Physician Billing Services for their billing as I used them outside of the hospital setting. I mailed in a check to pay my bill, as I was uncomfortable paying online because the website to pay my bill online asked me to enter in my account number and how much my bill was. I felt like since it was something not already pre-populated and tied to my account, I was not trusting of using their website to pay my bill correctly. I have no problem paying my bill. What I do have a problem with is when Northside Business Office calls on a near DAILY basis before I am sent a bill. And, before they will tell you why they are calling, and to supposedly confirm the identify of the person Northside is calling, they demand you tell them YOUR date of birth. This is unacceptable. You guys are AWFUL. I’ve been waiting on you to submit to insurance my post op report so my insurance can file the claim which would help me meet my deductible but you REFUSE it is absurd
