I never actually got to have my first appointment. I filled out the paper work that was emailed to me, I called them to confirm that they received it and I was put on hold for a good 5 mins before someone came back on the phone told me to hold some more. I said "Sure! No problem". I was on hold for some additional time then they hung up on me! I figured it was a mistake and tried calling back. Beware of seeking treatment here. The staff here are insensitive. The negative reviews previously left here over the years are sadly accurate. Also, notice how this establishment hasn’t even cared nor taken the time out to respond or resolve any issues or concerns mentioned. The negative experience I had has deeply discouraged me from seeking mental health services from the abusive nature and lack of empathy from the staff. Absolutely no accountability whatsoever.

If I could give a half of a star I would. I would not recommend. My mother was billed $600.00 for a virtual visit that consisted of her talking to someone. Not sure if it was a social worker or a nurse. They did absolutely NOTHING! But tell me that they would refer her to a gerontologist therapist. They sent a list of doctors and it was up to me to schedule an appointment. I am disputing those charges as we speak. Thankfully I found a place by my own calling around to help get her in for an appointment. This place is BS! I h... read more

I will never return to seek services from this department ever again. I was given my very first assessment in January via Zoom by an unempathetic Mental Health Clinician named Lindsay Ausburn. Her assessment of me felt more like an indictment or just plain criticism. To top it off I never heard from her anymore yet the department claimed to have called for a follow up but couldn't reach me so they closed my file. My therapist Yoko o'brien is very attentive, caring, thorough and co considerate. She is very advisable. I think she is great!
