I just wanted to parrot the other reviews I have seen, because I think they are really true. The office staff here, while nice, are very disorganized, slow moving, and seem to only get things done when it is convenient for them. Furthermore, their intake for new patients is ridiculously long which doesn't help you as a patient in any way. The first time I came here the person at the front desk couldn't find the form I needed to fill out. Then, after I got sent back for my actual intake, they discussed my form with me to doub... read more

Very unorganized and unprofessional. Was referred here by my PCP and set up an appointment I had to wait nearly 2 months for. Confirmed the appointment 72 hours prior. Called to see if there were any other openings this month the day before the appointment and they told me my appointment had bern cancelled because I didn’t confirm (which I did, verbally over the phone). We are trying to get him released from Ridgeview—35 miles away from us—and we did not even know what got him there. We may be filing a form... read more

I never actually got to have my first appointment. I filled out the paper work that was emailed to me, I called them to confirm that they received it and I was put on hold for a good 5 mins before someone came back on the phone told me to hold some more. I said "Sure! No problem". I was on hold for some additional time then they hung up on me! I figured it was a mistake and tried calling back. Suddenly, EVERYONE IS OUT OF OFFICE AND NOT ANSWERING THE PHONE. Excellent! The next day, no one reached out to me for me virtual app... read more
