When i got there i started explaining that I have MS, and that something happened in physical therapy, and my spine is.... and before i could finish, they shut me down and said "ok. why are you here?" I was caught off guard by the rudeness, and i didn't want any more of it, and so i just said "fine, i'm in pain" Then, when i got into a room to be seen, the nurse came in, saw that my chart said "PAIN", and started treating me like a criminal junkie.
