I don’t like hospitals and I have extreme anxiety going into one. So when I got admitted I was terrified, but the woman’s center doctors are amazing and so kind. Especially Erin, she talked to me like I was a friend and not just another patient and had to do her job. They all made me feel so much better and I was able to relax and get better.

Sept 9 I had a high fever when I got there and my blood pressure was high ……. I sit in emergency room over four hours, but I wasn’t the only ones there were other people also Another lady I think They seen some people that just walked in the door go in before us and they left before we were even called. I knew my test results before they called me back because I went on the website and looked at my chart so when they got me back there, I wasn’t even there two hours and they were rushing me out. Horrible hospital. Waited in waiting room for 3 hours even when brought in by ambulance. Nurse was very rude and did nothing to help my dad in pain and throwing up. Very unprofessional and treated like a number. 1 ER dr. For 61 rooms. Never go here again!!!

We needed a document side stating the cause of death of our loved on so we can get a death certificate. Five days later and we are still waiting for a signature. The Body is supposed to ship out to Kenya for Burial and the embassy needs that to proceed with travel certificate. This is incompetence at a very difficult time for my family.
