Negative stars. I have been here twice for breast related imaging. Both times I have been made to wait for over an hour. How can you be running behind an hour when the appointment was only 30 min after the first appointment of the morning? I have no issue with the staff themselves - everyone is nice once you finally are seen. I just cannot fathom why the wait is so long. They did not correctly pre-authorize my insurance and now have to wait weeks to get a refund. I actually owed absolutely nothing out of pocket! Also, I was given a gown that had stains on it for my mammogram. The facilities need updating.
MRI had wavy lines and was fuzzy. Tried to get a copy of the results and they said there was no way to send electronically. Then they said they could fax. Never did it.
Everyone was very kind and professional. Facilities were very clean and I received great care.
This stems from an interaction with the overall scheduling line - just the rudest, least helpful and snippy experience. Barked at me for just asking a question about locations, said she had no idea what I was talking about in response to another question. Lots of attitude right from the beginning of the call - seemingly no desire to help right from the start of the interaction.
