Had $39.95 oil change special & they tried to upsell a service I didn't ask for. Total was $49.09 & should have been $43. Besides that, good service.

I have been a Honda owner for 25 years and now I never want anything to do with Honda again. This is the second Honda dealership that I have felt like I was treated poorly because I woman. I called multiple times and left messages with no response. My husband called once and our representative called home back within the hour. I now make all reservations in my husband’s name. I'd like to give a huge shout-out to Noah in the service department. He did a fantastic job getting me in and out of there. Take care of this young man. He's an asset to Northside Honda. Sincerely a super satisfied customer. God bless

I'd give a zero star for service department but I can't. They take way too long, communcation sucks, theyndont honor warranty work, and they over charge. Go to a different honda dealer. Stay away from any dealership owned by Northside. Northside owns Chevrolet and their service department sucks too.
