Excellent Service from advisor Joel Veeren ,very professional
Had an appointment for an oil change…almost 2 hours later I got my car back. I just don’t understand why anyone would come here.
Overpriced service. Terrible customer service from the Northside Honda Strategy Team, specifically displayed by Samara. She was immature, rude, and wasted my time by playing on my phone. I had asked management to contact me, but no efforts on their part have been made in the last two months. Save your time and money and go anywhere else for auto service.
The service manager Bill was great.
I requested oil and filter change plus multi point inspection, and there is an ongoing special for $59 that was never offered to me, and l ended up paying $80plus just for oil change. No courtesy car wash as with the other honda dealership
