I was assisted by Sales Rep named Bianca Thomas. She was very aggressive, I asked to see different car models and she only showed me one and pushed it on me. She was not concerned with what I wanted but what she was getting out of the sale. She turned out to be dishonest. I did buy the car after hours of pressure. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I went to the Honda service center because the battery on my newer vehicle had died, and I was confused as to why it happened so soon since I didn’t know much about car batteries. I was helped by Noah, and he was absolutely wonderful! Noah was very helpful, polite, and kind. He took the time to carefully explain why my battery died, how often I should expect to replace it, and how much time I had left on my warranty. He answered all of my questions and made sure I understood everything instead of making me feel like ... read more
