Called the Northside Honda and was transferred to a sales person. Set up an appointment to view a specific used car for sale. Drove from rural ************* to the dealership prior to the appointment. Sales person said the car in question had been sold to a Northside Honda employee. We had not received any indication this was the case and thus wasted hours of our day fighting through SATX traffic. I went to Northside Honda to test drive a 2022 Honda Pilot that was priced online for ******. As I explained to him what I could afford for a monthly payment, his sales manager approached me & said he would get me the price I was comfortable with. He came back & told me because I had a good credit score, He would knock off $2000 from price of vehicle. Today we had gone to Northside Honda at *********** to buy a Honda Accord Sports Edition. We agreed on a price of $ 36,000(out of the door) with the sales person that was assigned to us. After the agreement when we started the financing process they came back with a price of $ ******.We asked them how did it change and they brought a Manager stating the sales person had made a mistake and it should be $ ******. Absolutely the worst ****************** I have ever experienced. I bought the service contract with the new car so I have been subject to this poor customer service for over 3 years. I caught them not performing maintenance, but saying they did. They'll lose you car and not know where it is and if you do go there you better have time on your hands. Not to mention your rims and paint will have scratches when they're done NOT servicing it correctly. I finally got rid of the vehicle because I did not want to be tied to the deal... read more

We bought our Honda Pilot Touring 2020 at this location. Immediately after closing, we noticed the driver headlight had water in it (broken seal) which no problem they fixed it. Then my husband got in the car to drive home and he noticed the dash had a massive gash. Again, no problem they fixed it. However, recently there was a hail storm and we needed to get the body fixed.
