Edit: It gets even better. I got another 410 USD fee in the mail because of "emergency X-Ray". What emergency? I will be taking these people to the BBB for an investigation. They charged me $600 for an ultrasound. Let me repeat that. Up front cost of $600. For just a liver ultrasound. I was assured that this would be the "reasonable charge" and should not go above this. Appointment time is not honored. Appointments can be made ONLY with phone calls, and they flatly refuse to send appointment confirmations by email or text. Patients have to write down the appt details, including address. Disappointed to see that they have not progressed with the times.

Wait time is too long even after all the paperwork and insurance is provided. They always looked busy even though I was the only patient and it took them an hour to get my X-Ray after the given appointment time.

I can’t even get them to give me a price on doing an x-ray. So much back and forth crap. Their office staff is completely incompetent. Have me make an appointment to get a price and yet they still haven’t gotten me the price and my appointment is today. Call them this morning and still no price. The woman at the front desk said she would have it yesterday and when I call back this morning still nothing. Save your time and just go elsewhere.
