Needs to learn how to use an email I had to drive back there with a bad knee just to get a doctor's note ,other than that I had a good experience

I had a fantastic experience at Hembree Imaging! They were able to get me in the next day and everyone was very kind and helpful. I was especially anxious about the CT scan and the tech who did the scan (I think his name was Tyler) was awesome! He was so kind and made sure the whole time that I was at ease. I was very grateful for him and the experience they created for me in the midst of what was a very anxious time.

Edit: It gets even better. I got another 410 USD fee in the mail because of "emergency X-Ray". What emergency? I will be taking these people to the BBB for an investigation. They charged me $600 for an ultrasound. Let me repeat that. Up front cost of $600. For just a liver ultrasound. I was assured that this would be the "reasonable charge" and should not go above this. Appointment time is not honored. Appointments can be made ONLY with phone calls, and they flatly refuse to send appointment confirmations by email or text. Patients have to write down the appt details, including address. Disappointed to see that they have not progressed with the times.

Wait time is too long even after all the paperwork and insurance is provided. They always looked busy even though I was the only patient and it took them an hour to get my X-Ray after the given appointment time.
