They advised to check a few things and report back to try and avoid unnecessary site visits and cost. After the initial call, there were some back and forth via phone / SMS to determine the core issue and potential remedies. Had an issue with an aircon unit they installed a year and half ago, they were here the next day, found the issue and all fixed. From installation to follow up service they have been professional, friendly, answered my questions and cleaned up after. Highly recommend.
