The people at Northside are very helpful, accommodating, and welcoming. The service department workers are very clean, neat and tidy as well as knowledgeable. The sales personnel are laid back and easy to chat with we never feel pressured or rushed. An overall pleasant experience each time we need service or want to buy a "new to us" vehicle.
Tried buying a car here twice. Both times I was ignored. Second time I was possibly scammed by a rogue employee taking my information. Crazy. First time I called on a truck and drove the hour to look and drive it. I get there and vehicle not there! Found out it was given as a loaner to “a good customer” for the day. So now the vehicle is used and I don’t want it. Next time I was going to buy a very pricey truck, $75k, just over the last two days.
