I ordered a last minute floral arrangement for my Uncle's funeral. I was concerned that I didn't give them enough time. Within minutes, I received a call from them, they wanted to clarify my wording on the card. When I arrived at the funeral, the arrangement was there, they did an amazing job on the arrangement, it was beautiful! The flowers were fresh, the colors vibrant. I will definitely order from them again.
I worked with a very nice lady over the phone from a different state! She was very polite and wonderful. Went above and beyond to get my order delivered. I asked her to do a florist choice bouquet and my boyfriend’s mom loved it! Thank you so much 🙏🏻
Jean was so easy to work with in preparing the floral arrangements for our son and daughter in law’s wedding. She listened to the couple’s vision for their wedding and offered her input. She patiently answered all questions and concerns. The flowers were gorgeous- the roses were huge! We just ordered a plant basket for a funeral in Motley MN. Brainerd Floral refused to deliver ( not real pleasant) We ordered from Wadena! Fantastic customer service…beautiful arrangement…it was a wonderful experience! We highly recommend them anyone looking for any type of arrangement!! Thank you!
