My buddy traded in his 2021 Ford F150 PowerBoost (VIN 1FTFW1ED3MFB41948) March 7, 2026 for $32,500 with about 54,000 miles on it. They then tried to turn around and sell it for $39,442. After a month of not being able to sell it at that price they dropped it down about $1,000. Guess they sold it to auction or somebody else last I checked. Been servicing my cars for many yrs. Reliable service and quality work.
Very unprofessional. They’re great at communicating with you when it’s something that benefits them but when it comes to something you need because of their mistakes, they are nowhere to be found. Good luck getting a hold of them within reasonable amount of time. Lack of taking responsibility and lack of communication, mainly coming from the operating manager, Ryan. Only gave 1 star because it’s the lowest Google allows.
WORST car buying experience! My husband purchased a F150 Ford Raptor from them in February and it’s been a literal nightmare since then. Immediately after having the vehicle delivered to our home, we noticed a pop up on the dashboard saying there was a steering fault issue. We contacted the dealership immediately to let them know.
