Disappointing!
Imaging can be difficult to arrange but Lacy, here at Northside Imaging, went overboard in assisting me with my referral. If you're looking for an imaging center with courteous compassionate people, I would highly recommend this facilty.
Jessica who answers the phone was super kind and helpful. She went out of her way to assist and to answer all our questions when setting up for a PSMA test.
Easy to Park
I got excellent care here, which is why I'm giving two stars and not one. My problem is this-- They will only give you a credit card receipt and not a receipt that shows what you are paying for. I told them I need an itemized receipt to submit to get reimbursed from my flexible spending account. I was told I had to call billing and request it. I called and requested that they email me an itemized receipt and they told me that they only mail those through regular mail- no digital receipt available. 6 weeks and another call la... read more
