I came to this hospital today. I had changed my insurance, I didn't know I had to get a confirmation letter. That's why the hospital expenses were my responsibility. The reason I didn't have enough money was that I couldn't see the doctor. I told the doctor that my Metformin pills, which I have diabetes, were about to run out. Waisted 2 and a half hours there with my 96 year old dad he had fallen in the middle of the night and was hurting really bad the next morning so we took him to this urgent care since they said they do imaging which they do but most of the staff leave at 4 o'clock so he fell while trying to get stand up x rays he has mobility issues and was on his mobility scooter but most of the staff left at 4 so we took him to the hospital emergency room where he was taken care of. Will not waist time at urgent care again.

2/20/26- I was told I have to be SICK for 10 days before antibiotics!!!!!!!Doctor didn’t check lungs or swollen nasal passages. He needs to shave and not give poor care

Nurse practitioner read an ECG wrong for the patient’s age (as told to us by the ER doctor) and they will not take responsibility. Sent to emergency for nothing and out many thousands of dollars. Gaslit and lectured by Northside Urgent Care Holly Springs manager. She felt we should just be glad that our relative is fine and to stop complaining. A member of the discharge staff at Northside Cherokee told us they were the worst for sending everyone up there because it’s easier for them.

Unfortunately we had to come to this Urgent Care just a few days after Christmas. For a Saturday night, just after a holiday, it was empty. They waiting room was clean and they saw us in record time (even processing paperwork and payment before being seen was quick). We were brought back to a clean room and the RN confirmed the reason for the visit, RXs on the check in paperwork, and did some quick vitals. Dr. Patel saw us moments later.
