The front desk was kind and helpful, the nurse as well. However with hardly anyone in the waiting room, my wife and kids ( 17 and 20) waited in a hot waiting room for 1.5 hours to be seen. 1.5 hours past our appointment time. Then when they got called back, Dr. Patrick dismissed my children’s complaints and had according to my kids and wife a sarcastic doubting expression. My endocrinologist is located here at the Laureate Medical group, Dr. Skjie. Him and all of his staff are friendly, knowledgeable, caring,and vwry empathetic. 10/10

If I could give zero I would. Being that I was never seen. They have one doctor working and let no one in the waiting room know. Waited 2 hours and was told it would be at least another hour.
