This office has the nicest people and great practitioners. Can always get through when I need something.
Always a happy friendly face there to greet you
Have never had problems in the past, but lately, nothing but.. Doctor Iza himself is an okay doctor but, why on earth would they throw out faxed prescription requests from a pharmacy? Call or fax,a request is a request. Especially when the patient has to wait 24 hours (or in my case, over a week) for request to go through and think it has when indeed it hasn't... 😡
I am parting ways this office. dont care for it now that they are at the hospital now It takes over 4 weeks to get in to see the dr if they dont cancel on you
Dr really cares....listens to me and is not just an in and out kind of Dr.
