I have been a longtime patient of Dr Bigham. When I went to pick out my glasses I was stunned to find out about the convenience fee of $9.91 to use my card. I was given the option of paying with cash or check without the fee. I had neither with me. Then she just stared at me. I was so stunned I guess because when I was there in November of last year no fee was charged. I paid the fee. I may have to find another eye doctor because that’s ridiculous.
