So efficient! I’ve never been to an orthopedic specialist before but Dr Nash and the entire staff was great. X ray tech was super thorough and explained everything he was doing. The front desk staff was happy and so friendly. I received a super quick diagnosis and left with a miraculous steroid shot that is already making me feel like I have a new hip!
I've only gotten excellent care with 4 doctors that have treated me in this clinic. I recovered from a foot injury from a fall on the stairs, they diagnosed me with bursitis in both hips and PT the recommended has taken nearly all that pain away, and I am currently going to PT again that is helping reduce lower back arthritis. I chose a PPO health insurance plan so don't need referrals to come here. I also understand what triage is so if another patient needs to be squeezed into the schedule, then I am willing to wait longer... read more
While trying to schedule an appointment for my husband who got into a motorcycle accident. I needed a referall, fully aware of. To get a referall through your primary all is needed- Drs. Name, date & time of appointment. The lady on the phone would not make the appointment without a referall approval. I needed the drs name first to get the referall. To top it off, she hung up on me. Hung up. How unprofessional.
Unfortunately, I have to give this place a poor review. Dr. Berry did not review my x-rays with me when I was there and was impossible to reach via the portal or phone. I spent months in pain before I finally went elsewhere for a second opinion, only to find out that I was still in pain because I was misdiagnosed. After getting a second opinion and the correct treatment, I was better within a couple of weeks.
