I do **not** recommend Dr. Gordon Werbel or **Northside General Surgeons of Gwinnett**. I had surgery nine weeks ago and returned for follow-up appointments at both two weeks and five weeks because I was experiencing severe postoperative pain. At both visits, Dr. Werbel barely examined the surgical site before dismissing my concerns. Rather than investigating the cause of my pain, he told me I simply had a "low pain tolerance." I love Dr.Hall!!! Best experience I’ve ever had dealing with a doctor! Highly recommend. Very respectful great customer service and he’s sooo handsome! Great polite friendly staff as well!!
Dr.Hall is the best doctor not just surgeon! His bedside manner is incredible! Kind,compassionate and funny just a few words that best describe him! Definitely 5
My whole surgical team was amazing. The two nurses that prepped me, Burnadette and Susanne (I believe) were amazing and reassuring. My surgeon Dr. Hill had me fixed up in 20 minutes (according to my person that was with me). Huge shout out to my ER doctor that allowed me to advocate for myself and my body. Thank you for not gaslighting me to believe this was just period cramps.
