Dr. Mubeen Mandani gets 5 stars for his care and time with my 91-year old mother. Joy at the welcome / reception desk was efficient and made our visit seamless. As others have noted, the lab portion of the clinic needs some customer service training. We were sent directly to the lab for urine and blood tests following the doctor exam. No one was in the lobby, yet it took 10-15 minutes to be escorted to the back where a technician initiated the tests. 4 individuals were at work stations with no visible clients. Stephanie Wrencher is the absolute BEST provider!! She is personable, she listens, and she doesn't treat you like a number.
This office drags their feet. Takes forever to respond to insurance. Claims they will call you within the day but rarely does. Overall horrible experience. Worst clinical office I've ever been to.
