Just this year I have undertaken facial laser procedures, rather than topical medical lotions, used previously. The clinicians and the dermatologists have helped me through the laser experience; the follow up care, with A4 sheet notes included, really helped. I’ve had great experience at Northside Dermatology Clinic! Dr. Emily and Nurse Xin, they’re both so professional and attentive. I’ve been seeing Xin for a few months now—she is amazing! She really listens, picks the right treatments for my skin, and gives super clear advice on skincare and products. My skin has improved so much after a few sessions, and I can’t describe how happy I am after dealing with skin issues for years. I’d highly recommend Xin and the team at Northside!

Xin is amazing! Before seeing Xin, another lady in Heidelberg had lasered my angioma twice which just made it more raised. I saw Xin and after one session, it was gone without a trace. I recently went back for vascular laser to treat veins and once again, she has done a great job! Thank you Xin! You are a true professional!
