I love this place! Dr. Tolbert and the staff are phenomenal. They’re always very kind and welcoming.
Staff was friendly kind and understanding, they are quick to get you in for services, i will be switching my family to them as well.
The atmosphere is modern and inviting, everyone from front desk, to hygienest to Dr. are warm and inviting. I felt informed and look forward to my next visit. Would highly recommend! Oh I even received a new patient gift!
I recently returned to Northside Dental after two years elsewhere due to insurance. I was reminded why this practice is the best in Richmond! Mia, a relatively new hygienist, was incredible—professional, skilled, and confident. Every member of the team, from the receptionist to the assistants and doctors, especially Dr. T, provides top-notch care.
