I’m not a patient here. My husband is. I need an explanation. I don’t know his dentist’s name. Think he replaced Dr, Young. He sent my husband for 5-6 retractions to Dr. Rickman. A while before that he sent him to Dr. Welch for a post for a crown, then he’d have to go back to NSD for the crown. Yet today he says he needs a crown; almost 200.00. The entire staff is welcoming and professional from the moment I walk through the door. My hygienist, Jan is excellent—thorough, gentle and friendly. My family has been using Northside for as long as I can remember (30 plus years) and we have never had a problem with their care or service. They have always been very kind and considerate to all of us. I highly recommend Northside to anybody that ask me.
