Anyone know why this place just suddenly went out of business? I had a few minor incidents which revolved around too much talking while working in my mouth. I get it was a teaching clinic but they should’ve drawn the line somewhere. I had fillings that popped out with just basic flossing which cost me another few hundred dollars to be redone at my new dentist.
Amazing Dentist and staff is awesome. I highly recommend.
The Dental hygienist was very good. First time here and the onboarding process was quick and simple. Very good discussion even through the cleaning process which was thorough and gentle. Thank you.
I found Dr. Ahmed Metwally, DMD of Northside Dental and Germania (his dental assistant) very competent and friendly. I would like to send them more of my business and recommend them to others. But I can not because my customer experience with the front office was not good. When everything runs smoothly, everything is fine. Everyone is friendly.
