Dr. Cohen is a phenomenal doctor, attentive, compassionate, and truly committed to his patients. As someone who has dealt with chronic pain for several years, and other health challenges, it can feel heavy to talk about the frustration I have with my body, but he never makes me feel like a burden. Very disappointed with the care handled by the nurses. This is now the 2nd time I left a voicemail on the nurses line for a concern/question and it does not get handled in a timely manner. The first time, I got a call back 1hr before my appointment the same day when I had left the message 24hr prior. Everything is very slow and my needs do not get addreased in a timely manner.
NDPC is what I’m looking for in primary care. Everyone here was great. Dr George was pleasant and I feel confident about our future relationship. Nurse Courtney was very kind and helpful. I also had great interactions with the front desk professionals and the phlebotomist. The practice was clean.
