This location has very low standards. Telling a spinal cancer patient "you need to move faster, I have other things I need to get to" is not just disrespectful, it's sub-human. This all after the incorrect information was given to my mother pre appointment. Normally I would say its sticks and stones, but this nurse in particular made my ill mother move faster and now she's at home in worse pain. I will be taking this matter as high as I can. Good luck to all that go here.
Had to have CT scan today and Jamie was the absolute best. She’s very knowledgeable and patient. She didn’t give up on my non-responsive veins. The front desk assistant was very professional and timely. My checkin was seamless. Good Job NSide Imaging Conyers.
I had the best experience on Wednesday at Northside Imaging in Conyers. When I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and cared for. The front desk was professional and friendly, the billing rep was patient and helpful, and the tech who handled my CT scan was so kind and made sure I was comfortable the whole time.
