Amazing clinic with the most thoughtful, caring staff! Worden-rogers is my doctor and her care is always above and beyond! They also do same day appointments which have literally been the reason my sons been treated promptly/admitted when needed! It’s important to note a lot of these reviews appear to be written for the urgent care centre which this service is not.
Worst experience ever. If I am pushed down in the waiting line, they should let me know that. I waited for ~4Hrs to find out there were 10 patients ahead of me. I was one of the first 5 with the token number in line. Pathetic service. I was waiting for a prescription. It wouldn't have taken more than 10 minutes. Please use your brains. No wonder the medical service is so poor in this province.
If your not dying on the floor you will have to wait until the very end of the day, but the thing is they dont tell you that until the end of the day.
Never experienced a negative appointment with the nurses and doctor. We sometimes have to wait a few extra minutes but don’t mind since the staff are excellent.
