Northside I must admit, I was terrified to go through the Northside collision center based on my previous experiences. However, from the moment I stepped in, I was greeted by all the employees who were in and out of the office. Zach, one of the employees, took his time to thoroughly inspect my vehicle and my husband’s. Absolutely terrible communication, and late on the completion date. Which ultimately caused an overcharge from enterprise that I was unaware about and wasn't notified until five days after the coverage stopped. What kind of business model is that? "Hey by the way, Mr. I just wanted to let you know that your coverage ended last Thursday". So now I have to pay a $240 overcharge. Don't bother with this company, take your business somewhere else!
