Nice staff, nice doctors, good building. Supportive of trans-people, i notice. Good vibe when i go there. I recommend these guys, definitely.
Dr David Spencer is an excellent doctor and I really value his care. However, the clinic has become far too expensive, with fees that keep going up. Appointments often feel rushed, and it comes across more like a business than a GP practice. It feels as though, because many patients with HIV need lifelong care, the clinic treats this as guaranteed business rather than focusing on patient care. Feels like it’s turned into a ‘cash grab’ place not a clinic I’ll come back to ever again now
