The team are so friendly and kind plus very easy to talk to! I felt heard understood and always on the same page. It’s a very safe environment for me as I trust them to do what’s best for my wellbeing and they certainly deliver! I feel fantastic and it’s so good having a team alongside you when you’re going through hard medical issues - thank you I’m so grateful and would highly recommend them!! I can’t recommend Natalie and the team at Northside highly enough. Natalie has been absolutely fantastic! Professional, knowledgeable and genuinely caring. She takes the time to listen, explain everything clearly and tailor treatment to what you need. I’ve always felt comfortable and well looked after, and I’ve noticed a real improvement since starting treatment here.
This is a review for Jan Wanklyn, the active release therapist at this clinic. I’ve been in the health industry for 35 years and I’ve never encountered a more dedicated, empathetic and practical therapist. I’ve been working with Jan for over five years and I need her in my life. I know all I have to do but Jan pulls out the extra things I can’t see being so close to my own conditions. Jan then gives me practical exercise exercises, tools tips and even podcast recommendations. She’s the very best in her field.
I have been a long-term client of this clinic and have always found everyone, including the reception staff, to be incredibly welcoming and helpful. The chiropractors are exceptional at what they do, and I genuinely wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. Over the years, I’ve been treated for a wide range of issues, and the care I’ve received has consistently been second to none. They keep my musculoskeletal health well managed and make a real difference to my overall wellbeing.
