As a woman (yes I'm going to play the sex card) it's hard to find a mechanic I trust will give me honest, straight forward advice on my vehicle. Their prices are well within reason. They are consistently able to get my vehicles in quickly and they communicate along the way if they have questions or find other things that need to be addressed. Just recently my car overheated. I bought it to Mike's and they found a leak in the radiator. Because it's under warranty I brought it to the GM dealership and told them what was wrong.... read more

Me amd my 7year old son were on the road heading to northern wi from milwaukee the day before thanksgiving and my car broke down in the city of merril which is half way to my destination .. no other garage would help me out and or fix the car the day of and get me on the road to make my thanksgiving with my family .. mikes garage took care of me like i was family and got my car fixed two hours after i called and they did not take advantage of my bad situation either . . thier pricing was very very reasonabl... read more
